How do I customize my product?

At Lime&Lou we like it make it personal! You can customize many of our pillows, blankets and custom art with your own text and pictures.
We created a handy preview tool for you so you can see how your customized item will look like on the spot.
Customizations include:

  • Upload images
  • Change the filter color of the images
    • Choose the material you want to print on
  • Choose the size

Is there a warranty on Lime&Lou products?

All items come with a standard warranty of 6 months.
In case of defect, please contact us immediately and send us:

  • Your order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear product photos that show the extent of the defect on all sides.
  • Photos that clearly show the outer packaging, including the shipping label.

All Lime&Lou items have a warranty of 6 months.
Please file the claim within that timeframe to be eligible for a reorder or refund.

Once a Lime Team member has received and approved your claim, you will be eligible for a free reorder or a full refund.
Cases of defect:

  • Print issues like ink spits or scratches
  • Product issues like a warped or bowed print, or media flaws that exceed 1/8” in size.
  • Shipping issues like damaged or lost in transit.

Which materials do you use?

At Lime&Lou our products are made of the highest quality.

Our custom art posters are made of Semi Gloss Paper which is a bright white photo paper with a satin finish. It weighs 26/m2 and has a thickness of 10 mil. Perfect for full sharp color fidelity. Our fine art poster have an archival quality and a soft textured surface. It weighs 310 gsm and consists of 100% cotton linters.

Our canvases have a genuine artist quality made of a poly cotton blend. They are scratch, crack and warp resistant. The stretcher bas is FSC Certified from sustainable forests, knot free, sap free, kiln dried and finger jointed for strength.

Frames are made of 100% real pine wood with a matte black or matte white enamel finish. The wood is FSC Certified from sustainable forests. The plexiglass is shatter proof. The depth of the frame is 0.75 inch. You can choose to have a white border to create the appearance of a mat.
